A Kit Movie

I just wanted to let everyone know that I just remembered something very important [img]wink.gif[/img] . A few months ago (like in July or August), I stumbled across an article on Kay Panabaker. In it, the article stated that she would be staring in the next American Girl movie, as Kit! I had posted the link to the article on another AG board on Hostboard, but I can't seem to find it. I just wanted to let everyone know [img]wink.gif[/img] !

On a site, I found these words:

"Kay Panabaker won a lead in the film "American Girls: Kit's World while in Chicago."

Maybe it could be just for the revue or something, but it says film...

Hate to sound rude, but you've brought this up about three times now, and every time, someone has told you the same thing they did here:

That this was a movie made to introduce Kit when she first came out.

Kay Panabaker is too old, and doesn't really look anything like Kit now, she may have when she was younger, I don't know. ksami and I were talking about this awhile ago, and we both thought that Kay looks an awful lot like Ruthie, especially if you look at the picture of Ruthie on Kit's Friends and Family page. She looks just like her. I would love to see her play Ruthie if they ever make a Kit movie, but I don't think she looks a thing like Kit, (not that that stopped them from using Anna SophiaRobb in the Samantha movie, she should have been Kit).

Either way, she is 15 now, and although she might not look that, she certainly doesn't look like she's 9-10.

Dreaming_of_Dolls (Emily), don't apologize, you have nothing to be sorry about! Even though others may have posted the same thing about the future Kit movie,still, it gets me excited thinking that there is new info on the Kit movie. [img]smile.gif[/img]

Oh, and Cami, I don't think it's your job to police our fellow board members. If Emily wants to bring up the topic of a Kit movie 1,000 times, then let her do so.

I'm not trying to be board police, lol. I'm just not sure why she keeps bringing it up when people keep showing her that we know what the movie is. It's not just that she's bringing up the movie, I'd love to talk about the prospect of a Kit movie, just like you. The point I was trying to make was that the thing Kay Panabaker was in is not the Kit movie.

I don't want her to continually get her hopes up for something that isn't going to happen like she wants it to. And getting other peoples' hopes up, too. [img]frown.gif[/img]

I don't think she has any reason to apologize either, and I wasn't saying she should in the least! I'm sorry if either of you thought I was being rude or bossy, as I wasn't trying to be in the least.
